Since 2007 we operate a web shop for the convenience of our customers. Even regular business contacts use our web shop to place order. Simply register and place an order. We only ship the order when you have fully paid the total amount due.

I have a business in the EU, but not in The Netherlands and I have a valid VAT number. How can i order without paying the Dutch 21% VAT?

In order to have your account setup correctly, please register as a 0%VAT EU business customer and fill in all fields. make sure that you mention address and VAT number in a correct way. Upon registration we will check the number at the EU ‘ VIES ‘ website. You can order right away as a 0%business customer, but only when the delivery address is not in The Netherlands.

What kind of payment options are available at EZtronics ?

For Dutch customers we offer iDeal. This is a payment platform which can be used if you have a Dutch bank account. Enter the correct bank name upon payment, and you will be directed to the website of your bank for a secure payment. Customer from Belgium can use Bankcontact as payment method. Also we offer credit card payments, we are using PayPal. Even when not having an account you can use this payment system by filling in your credit card data. We have a small charge for credit card payments. Third option is to manually transfer the payment for your order using the bank transfer option.

Are your shipping options safe and secure?

In the past we have offered simple postal shipping besides registered mail. We decided in 2016 to only use trackable shipping methods. For very small parcels we ship using registered airmail. For larger parcels and e.g. motors we use either parcel mail or UPS/DHL Economy. Also, we offer a courier style shipping through DHL/UPS. Courier shipping is more expensive but is the fastest shipping method.

I want to order from a university/school, is it possible?

Contact us please, when ordering for a university or school. For these institutes we can offer purchase order shipping, with 30 days net payment after delivery. We require a purchase order per email and the possible to send you the invoice through email. Other payment methods (e-invoing etc.) are not acceptable.
