Shipping terms and conditions
	Your order at EZtronics.nl
	
	Orders at EZtronics are handled via our online store and on pre-payment
 basis(*). This means booking your order in our webshop system and 
specifying the invoice and shipping addresses. After we’ve received 
payment for your order we will try to ship it asap.
	
	We strive to have all items in stock in reasonable quantities. Should 
one of the ordered parts unfortunately be out of stock due to high 
demand, it will be re-stocked by us and your order will wait till we’ve 
got the item back in stock.
Ofcourse you’re always welcome to 
contact us for the availability of your required items. If requested we 
can special order parts from our suppliers for quick delivery. Extra 
shipping charges can apply.
	
*) Universities, Schools, Governmental Institutions, NGO's etc please contact us if you would like to order from us using a Purchase Order when pre-payment is not possible for you.
	Payment
	
	Payment can be done in several ways: By means of iDEAL (a payment system of 
the Dutch banks and also Yoursafe, N26, Revolut banks), by means of a direct banktransfer (IBAN/BIC) to our 
ING account, by means of Mister Cash (a payment system of 
the Belgian banks) or by means of the PayPal (creditcard) system. Paypal payments donot request you have an account with Paypal, you can just use it with your credit card.
	
	For Dutch banking customers the iDEAL method of payment is the most 
comfortable way of ordering. When finishing the order the customer is 
referred to his/her own banking system where the payment can be 
approved.
	
	When you’ve selected banktransfer you will receive an email from us 
confirming your order and specifying our International banking details 
with BIC and IBAN numbers. If you donot receive the confirmation email then please contact is by email or phone.
	
	When PayPal is chosen for payment you will be redirected to the PayPal 
website just before finishing the order. As soon as payment has been 
successfully finished you will be redirected by PayPal to our store 
again. PayPal will inform us about a successful payment.
	
	PayPal allows you to pay via creditcard (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and 
automatic banktransfer. Because we do not handle your creditcard 
directly it is safe for the customer. PayPal will charge some costs for 
this service which we charge to your order.
	
	Shipment method
	
	The customer can choose the desired way of shipment. Shipping methods which can be chosen as:
	
	Registered (insured) - The most affordable safe way of 
shipping. Shipments will be trackable on request and in case of lost 
packages the Post will refund when proven lost. Registered Shipping for 
our EU customers starts at 12 Euros and is depending on Shipping 
weight. Dutch customers can choose between registered mail or DHL 
economy. 
	
	Courrier (DHL/UPS) - This is the fastest and safest way of 
shipment. Mostly aimed at business customers who need their orders asap.
 All customers are welcome to use this method of course. Orders with UPS
 shipments that are received in the afternoon or evening will ship one 
day later, due to the fact that UPS shipments have to be planned in 
before 12.00 noon (business days).
	
	The shipper will be liable for correctly delivering the parcel. When an
 insured shipment method has been chosen and problems would arise the 
verdict of the shipping agency is binding to both the customer and 
EZtronics. Please make sure you double check the delivery address and also your local phone number. 
We are not liable for address errors made by the 
customer. Any resulting damage, lost packages or extra shipping & 
handling charges are for the customer's account.
	We will ship orders as soon as possible after receiving payment for 
your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us, we always try our 
best to make miracles happen. EZtronics is never liable for any delay in shipping and delivery. Please plan the receipt of your products in due time. Choosing the fastest shipping option will also mean that we prioritise your order!
Handling fee
	
	EZtronics tries to keep the shipping costs as close to the real 
shipping costs as possible. For very small orders (under 100 Euro) we 
charge a small handling fee as to cover our costs of packaging, labour, 
administration of the VAT (as required by law) and transferral of the 
package to the postal service. When you increase your order amount, the handling fee will not be charged.
	Business customers
	
	For specific business and educational customers it is also possible the
 place orders at EZtronics on invoice / credit / net30 basis. EZtronics 
holds the right to decide which customers it allows to order this way.
	
	Because of the extra handling caused by this ordering method, different shipment and handling charges may apply.
	
	We would like to request you to use our webshop system for quick and efficient handling of your orders.
	
	You will of course receive an invoice from us specifying the items and where applicable the amount of VAT charged.
	
	VAT
	
	All orders placed in our webshop system within NL and the European Union will have 21% VAT charged.
	
	The prices mentioned in our webshop are all shown inclusive of VAT. This will prevent VAT surprises at checkout which you might encounter at some other European suppliers’ stores.
	
	European companies (outside of the Netherlands) can apply for a 0% VAT 
rate. Please contact us via email or telephone for more info. When you register as a 0% VAT EU business customer and place your order, we will check that your registered VAT number is correct and that your shipping address is located outside The Netherlands. EZtronics has the right to delay your order shipping when the provided VAT number or address is not correct.
	
	Warranty service
	
	EZtronics will take care of handling warranty requests according to the
 conditions specified by the producer of the product. Mostly this means 
one (two) year of warranty on for example Phidgets and Arduino products. 
Invoice needs to be sent with the items as proof of purchase.
	
	Suffice to say products need to handled professionally and no physical damage should show on them to apply for warranty.
	
	EZtronics will pass the warranty claim to the specific producer of the 
item and will take care of the shipping charges to return the product to
 the producer. Shipment to and from EZtronics are to be payed by the 
customer according to the \'Carry in\' service.
	
	The verdict of the producer of the product is binding to all parties.
	
	Active semiconductor components like LEDs, transistors, ICs, Displays 
and the like are checked by the producer and due to the nature of these 
products, like sensitivity for misuse and static discharges, are 
excluded from warranty claims.
